I sent an email to this merchant when I sent payment asking her to send the file as an attachment in my email along with the address explains my download mgr eats my files. They won't open without being sent as an email attachment. She made no reply or attempt to accommodate my needs. She is insisting on keeping my money, even though she knows it is disability & I am 67 & alone. My crafts are my lifeline. I have made this requests of other merchants often & they go out of their way to accommodate & help me. And they do so successfully. Also, she has the nerve to send a coupon if I agree to give her more of my money. Anywhere else this is known as a scam artist & fraud.
